Returns & Refunds Policy

At PuffPod, we are committed to delivering products of quality and care. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.


Returns (Within 7 Days)

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging must be included where reasonably possible

  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact Info@puffpod.co.za within 7 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the matter and arrange a suitable resolution.

This does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Used candles or essential oils

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Gift cards

Sale items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights in the case of defective goods.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10–15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the transaction.
